STAINLESS STEEL 316/316L/316H

316 steel is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel that contains between two and 3% molybdenum. The molybdenum content increases corrosion resistance, improves resistance to pitting in chloride ion solutions, and increases strength at high temperatures. Type 316 grade stainless steel is particularly effective in acidic environments.

Stainless Steel 321/321H

321 stainless is a titanium stabilized grade commonly used for service in the 1000-1600°F temperature range. For service temperatures up to about 1600°F, a stabilizing treatment at 1550-1650°F, air cool, may be used to provide optimum resistance to intergranular corrosion and to polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking.

LDX2101 STAINLESS STEEL

LDX 2101 is a low-nickel, nitrogen enhanced lean duplex stainless steel developed for general-purpose use. The austenitic-ferritic (duplex) structure of the alloy is balanced to approximately equal amounts of ferrite and austenite in the solution-annealed condition.

302 Round Bar

The grade 302 stainless is a slightly higher carbon version than grade 304 alloy that is widely found in strip and wire forms. This product is a standard specification for chromium and chromium-nickel stainless steel sheet, plate, and strip used for pressure vessels as well as for general applications.

17-4PH ANNEALED STAINLESS STEEL

The 17-4 stainless steel grade is an age-hardening martensitic alloy that combines high corrosion resistance and strength. Unlike conventional martensitic steels, it weldable by all standard methods, and achieves hardening with simple low-temperature treatment over a short period of time.

17-4PH H900 STAINLESS

17-4 stainless steel is a martensitic precipitation-hardening that provides an outstanding combination of high strength, good corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties at temperatures up to 600°F (316°C), good toughness in both base metal and welds, and short time, low-temperature heat treatments that minimize warpage and scaling.

17-4PH H1025 STAINLESS

17-4 stainless has high tensile strength and hardness and excellent corrosion resistance up to high temperatures. It is typically used in gate valves, chemical processing equipment, pump shafts, gears, ball bearings, bushings, and fasteners.

ALLOY 254 STAINLESS STEEL

Alloy 254, which is also found under UNS S31254, is a super austenitic stainless steel that is well known for its outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, stress cracking, and fatigue corrosion.

17-7 ALLOY STAINLESS STEEL

The 17-7 stainless steel grade is particularly well suited for high strength, corrosion resistant applications. It performs well at temperatures up to 600ºF. Fabrication processes are similar to other chromium-nickel stainless steels.
