410 Stainless Steel Sheet

Alloy 410 is the basic, general purpose martensitic stainless steel that is used for highly stressed parts and provides good corrosion resistance plus high strength and hardness.

422 Stainless Steel Sheet

With better strength at higher temperatures, Type 422 (S42200) is an appealing alternative to Type 403. Type 422 is a hardenable martensitic stainless steel which is being widely used for high temperatures up to 1200°F. It is capable of being heat treated to various high strength levels. It is often used in aircraft and power industries who require high strength/weight ratios from room temperature to 1200°F.

420 Stainless Steel Sheet

Alloy 420 is a hardenable, martensitic stainless steel that is a modification of Alloy 410. Similar to 410, it contains a minimum of 12% chromium, just sufficient enough to give corrosion resistant properties. Alloy 420 has higher carbon content than Alloy 410 which is designed to optimize strength and hardness characteristics. It has good ductility it the annealed condition but is capable of being hardened up to Rockwell hardness 50 HRC, the highest hardness of the 12% chromium grades.

416 Stainless Steel Sheet

Alloy 416 is a martensitic, free-machining, chromium steel alloy that is generally considered to be the first free-machining stainless steel. It has the highest machinability of any stainless steel at about 85% of that of a free-machining carbon steel. Martensitic stainless steels were designed to be hardenable by heat treatment and also corrosion resistant.

430 Stainless Steel Sheet

Grade 430 is a ferritic, straight chromium, non-hardenable grade, combining good corrosion resistance and formability characteristics with useful mechanical properties. Its ability to resist nitric acid attack permits its use in specific chemical applications but automotive trim and appliance components represents its largest fields of application.

405 stainless steel sheet

Alloy 405 is a 12% chromium stainless steel designed to be used in the as-welded condition. Unlike the other grades of 12% chromium stainless, 405 is not vulnerable to extensive hardening through air cooling from high temperatures.

403 Stainless Steel Sheet

This straight chromium stainless steel offers reasonable corrosion resistance and high mechanical characteristics. The 403 Series offers heat resistance and a scaling temperature of about 1300°F.

410HT Stainless Steel Sheet

Alloy 410 HT is the basic, general purpose, heat treated version of Type 410. It is a martensitic type, used for general purpose, where corrosion is not severe. Alloy 410 contains a minimum of 11.5% chromium which is just sufficient enough to demonstrate corrosion resistance properties in mild atmospheres, steam, and many mild chemical environments.

ALLOY 400 STAINLESS STEEL

Alloy 400 (UNS N04400) is a ductile nickel-copper alloy with resistance to a variety of corrosive conditions. The alloy is most frequently specified in environments ranging from mildly oxidizing through neutral, and in moderately reducing conditions. An additional application area of the material is in marine environments and other nonoxidizing chloride solutions.
